The task manager is a helpful tool included in the Windows operating system which can be used to help diagnose problems and view overall system health. Sometimes you may need to access this tool but thankfully you can access it in just a few seconds.
There are several different methods of opening the task manager in Windows 7 however, this post will explain the two easiest and quickest methods.
One method to access the Windows task manager is to hold three keys on your keyboard. The three keys are Ctrl, Alt and Delete. Simply hold all three of these keys at the same time and you will be taken to a full screen menu outlining several different options. Select ‘Start Task Manager’ to open the task manager.
There is an second method available to open the task manager in Windows 7 which some users will find easier than the first method. Unlike the other method, you can use this one from your desktop using just your mouse. To get started, right click your user bar which is located at the bottom of your screen. Once you have done so, select ‘Start Task Manager’
Following either of these two methods will allow you to open the task manager in the Windows operating system.
